Wedding Catering at Five on 5th Event Space
AAA Royal Catering catered a Wedding for thirty-five guests on February 24th at the Five on 5th Event Space located at 5 Fifth Ave. in the heart of Bayshore, Long Island NY. With the addition of tables & chairs, 5 on Fifth that operates as a dance studio, has been transformed into a unique modern event space that can accommodate a party of up to 110 seated guests with a dance floor and bar area or 150 guests mixing & mingling. Five on 5th Event Space offers everything you need to create a stunning occasion that you and your guests will always remember.
On short notice the bride & groom contacted AAA Royal Catering two days before the wedding. Our party coordinator quickly consulted with the bride & groom & arranged a delectable menu. Chef Jason immediately purchased the ingredients and began preparing for the Saturday evening Wedding Reception.
Our catering staff Flori & Mario arrived at Five on 5th Event Space one hour before the guest arrival time to set up. At 8:30pm they were ready to serve an assortment of appetizers that included vegetable crudités, cheese bar and a tomato, basil, & fresh mozzarella platter.
Contemporary music played as guests began to arrive. Our servers greeted each guest with a refreshing mimosa as they enjoyed the appetizer buffet that was prepared for them. Our Hot Buffet Supreme package generously priced at $17.95 per person was the main course. Served at 9:30pm the main course consisted of chicken parmigiana, baked ziti, pepper steak, & rice pilaf accompanied by an Italian tossed salad with rolls & butter.
At 10:30pm we served assorted Italian cookies followed with wedding cake, coffee & tea.
