We’ve had a lot of practice over 40 years and consider our Pig Roasts to be a specialty of ours.

Our Pig Roast presentation can be ordered ala carte or added to any Dinner Entrée, Barbecue menu, Hawaiian Luau, Southern Barbecue, All American Picnic, and more. They are perfect for indoor or outdoor events and arrive fully decorated and ready to serve before your eyes.

In most cases, our pigs take approximately six to eight hours of cooking time—after we have completely prepared it for roasting. They are cooked at our professional kitchen facility on a special barbecue and will be delivered to you approximately ½ hour before your requested serving time, fully hot, decorated, and ready to carve.

Our pigs weigh approximately 20 to 25 lbs. and up for larger parties. If you plan to use the Pig Roast as the main course, you will need approximately 1 lb. per person, however if added to one of our other menus, we recommend ½ lb.

You can do the carving or you can have our professional chef service–who will set up, carve, serve, and clean-up afterwards. Waitress and bartender service is also available in additional to the other services we provide for parties of all sizes.

Pig Roast – Only $15.95 per pound.
Chef – $150.00 for 4 hours + Gratuity.
Waitress/Bartender Service – $150.00 for 4 Hours + Gratuity.
