Chef Tony began AAA Royal Catering in 1982 as a family business after years of working at a bakery, butcher shop, restaurant, and small catering company. Since then, the company has grown into one of Long Island’s premier catering companies.
AAA Royal Catering can provide any type of menu you may desire along with any of the additional services you may need. We are party specialists, providing not only gourmet food for any size event, but can custom tailor all the extras to make your gathering truly special. These extras include tents, tables, chairs, linens, glassware, decorations and much more.
Originally based in Massapequa on the South Shore of Long Island near the border of Nassau and Suffolk Counties, we have successfully catered well over two thousand events of all types and grown to covering an area 110 miles long–from Manhattan’s West side to Montauk Point and everywhere in between.
Word of mouth certainly has helped our business grow. Countless new clients have come from being guests at previous events we have catered for others. Sometimes, they order exactly what they had previously or just order simple trays of delicious food delivered for a small party. We have had occasions where guests of previous events book full-blown wedding events requiring a four-course meal for three hundred people and requiring flowers, location decorators, bartenders, servers, musicians, and clean-up crews.

Our goal is to “make you feel like a guest at your own party” while supplying you with delicious food and all you need for your affair–whatever the occasion may be. We work with a vast number of professionals in every aspect of the catering industry who are ready to help you year-round.
We have provided catering services in such locations as: Residential Homes (both inside and out), Schools, Retail Businesses, Corporate Offices of all sizes, Rooftops, Hotels, Country Clubs, Yacht Clubs and Party Boats, State and Town Parks, Professional Stadiums including MetLife and Citi Field, Little League Ball fields, Hockey Rinks, Rental Halls such as Knights of Columbus and VFWs, in addition to gathering rooms at various Co-op Complexes and Condominiums. We have recently converted a Dance Studio into a Fancy Omelet Brunch for about one hundred guests.
