Our website is intended for use by adults 18 years of age or older looking for on-site catering services at the destination of your choice. AAA Royal Catering does not sell or share any personal information (data) you provide on our website or on signed contracts for service except with our partners who (like us) will provide direct service to you at your request. Additionally, you understand and authorize us to contact you in the future by email or other means regarding any quote of service that are pending or for future needs of service. You are free to opt-out of all communication by contacting us at office@aaaroyalcatering.com.
Our website uses "cookies" to track patterns of behavior by visitors to our websites. Cookies are a small file stored on your internet browser to help with your experience on our website. Cookies are used for:
- Session management. For example, cookies let websites recognize users and recall their individual login information and preferences.
- Personalization. Customized advertising is the main way cookies are used to personalize your sessions. You may view certain items or parts of a site, and cookies use this data to help build targeted ads that you might enjoy.

Catering Services - Terms and Conditions
Pricing
To guarantee we hold the date for your catered affair, 25% of the anticipated total cost is required at time of booking (unless other arrangements have been made in advance). Any remaining balance is to be paid five (5) days prior to the date of your affair/gathering/function, (unless other arrangements have been made in advance and in writing).
Form of Payments Accepted
We accept Cash, Check, Debit Card and Major Credit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Additional charges will be incurred when an event time exceeds the scheduled time, additional meal service personnel, or any other goods or services. Signature on Contract is required. Due to increasing costs and changing compliance in regulations, a 4% processing fee will be assessed on all payments made by major Credit Card. No transaction fee will be assessed on payments made by Cash, Check or Debit Card.
Our client can perform any alterations and revisions to their contract up to ten (10) days prior to event. Final head count for private events are due and must be conveyed to our office seven (7) days prior to function. Corporate clients have until five (5) days prior to corporate functions to add to the guest count. This number is considered your minimum guaranteed attendance and cannot be lowered after that date. We will accept increases in you guaranteed number of guests up to 5 days prior to event.
Price Guarantee
Once the contract is signed and deposit has been received, the contract pricing is locked in for the remainder of the calendar year. If your event is booked and occurring in the next calendar year, your catering menu pricing may be subject to increase up to 15%. This is due to unforeseen increased costs in Commodity Market priced items such as Beef, Poultry, Fuel. Client will be notified 90 days prior to their event date of any menu increases via email. At that time, Client has the right to terminate contract and be issued a refund of any payments previously paid on account in the same manner as it was received.
All prices are subject to 8.625% state sales tax (unless you provide proof that you represent a tax-exempt organization). All BBQ catered events using cooking equipment are subject to an 18% administrative service fee. (For clarification of this fee, refer to our Questions and Answers link.
Prices listed on the website are subject to change at any time without notice. AAA Royal Catering will not be held liable for any website price changes or for price changes that have taken place but have not yet been reflected on the website. Website prices must be verified by AAA Royal Catering with the customer.
*Please note that due to the unstable prices of food and supply chain issues, pricing for all menu contracts will be estimated and not finalized until 30 days before the event. We will make every effort to commute price changes as they occur and discuss options, to keep your event within your budget.
Cancellations
In the event of the cancellation of your scheduled event within thirty days of your booking date, your deposit will be returned. After thirty days from your booking date your deposit will be returned less a 15% handling charge. In the event of the cancellation occurring within seven days of your booked event, your entire deposit will be returned less a 25% non-refundable plus any expenses relating to food preparation, staff, and equipment rentals. You will be liable for the entire event balance if cancellation is within 48 hours of event. Timely rescheduling of event will be honored subject to our availability.
Catering Performance
Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of the Caterer to complete the same and is subject to disputes, strikes, accidents, transportation, availability of foods, beverages, supplies, natural disasters, and other causes whether enumerated herein or not, beyond the control of the Caterer preventing or interfering with the performance of this agreement. Caterer's liability shall be limited for any breach or non-performance of the agreement or any part thereof to the amount paid for the initial deposit. Caterer shall not be liable for damages, consequential or otherwise other than for the return of the referenced deposit. Caterer is not responsible for damage or loss of any personal property at your event premises. You are responsible for the damages, theft, breakage and/or loss at or to the premises.
Food Service
At the time of the event an actual count will be made of those attending and payment in full will then be made for any additional persons attending beyond guaranteed attendance. Dietary substitutions can be made available at time of booking. Persons receiving substitute meals must be identified by a special ticket. Any overage on the guaranteed guest total may result in a different food item being served.
Caterer reserves the right to substitute menu items that become unavailable due to food shortages and or supply chain issues.
At the discretion of AAA Royal Catering staff, leftover cooked food may remain with client whereas on site refrigeration is accessible to our staff. Client assumes all liability resulting in failure to properly maintain safe food temp's and storage of food.

TAM/TIPS Bartending Service
By contracting AAA Royal Catering, one of its agents or vendors for bartender service you understand and are verifying the following.
- I understand that AAA Royal Catering does not promote under aged drinking under any circumstance and will not serve to guests under the age of twenty one (21).
- I understand the bartending staff provided/secured by AAA Royal Catering follow the guidelines required by TAM/TIPS certification and have the right to refuse alcohol to any guest that appears intoxicated. The host will be discreetly notified of such action and such action will be recorded by AAA Royal Catering.
- I agree that AAA Royal Catering is not responsible for the conduct of guests at my event and is not liable for their actions before, during or after the time frame specified on signed contract.
- Customer has the option to allow a tip cup at said event or to not allow a tip cup. If customer chooses not to allow a tip cup, customer will instead compensate each bartender for his/her services upon completion of event at $1.00 for each guest. You must let your Event Coordinator or Catering Director know three (3) days prior to your event if you request "No tip cup", otherwise a Tip Cup will be set out on the Bar/Beverage station.
Liability
AAA Royal Catering reserves the right to inspect and control all functions. Waiver of Liability; the client agrees to release AAA Royal Catering from liability, claims, actions and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness, death, or injury sustained by any participant in connections with any food, services, personnel, beverages, rental items.
Please be sure to bring known food allergies to the attention of AAA Royal Catering during the booking process and we will gladly customize any meal requirements.
Miscellaneous Information
- Tax Exempt Groups must supply their tax-exempt certificate upon booking event.
- Sit down and Family Style service is available for additional fee. Please discuss when booking.
- Delivery Fees are $35 and up depending upon proximity to our headquarters.
- Additional Labor Fee applicable for any additional staff or extended service hours requested by client.
